Welcome! I’m Wendy, a freelance Virtual Assistant for Functional Medicine practitioners, holistic doctors, and lifestyle coaches who are looking to nurture their customers and scale their businesses.

I’m guessing you’re here because you are looking for a capable and efficient person to help you with managing ALL the tasks. With a history of small business ownership myself, I know how challenging it can be to find the time to do everything.

It is impossible to give 100% of your time and effort to every task needed to successfully run and grow a small business, take care of clients, and still find time for yourself.

With a BA in English and a history of administrative employment and creative entrepreneurial pursuits, I have developed a skill set that lends itself to helping small business owners manage tasks and market their businesses effectively through copy and content. I started my post-college career as a teacher and then quickly moved into the legal profession as a paralegal for 11 years before owning my own business.

Now, I have combined that experience into support for busy people like YOU. I bring creativity, skill, and expertise to the table to partner with you in helping your business thrive.

My niche is content & copywriting, as I find that is where my creativity and love of the written word shine. I love to help with blog posts, newsletters, email automation, social media posting, course development, and website copy. I’m a lighthearted person, a great communicator, and intuitive about the needs of busy people.

I am a mom to a teenager and a long-time partner to a huge marketing nerd. We live in Harnett County, North Carolina, with our mini Schnoodle, Roxy. While I truly enjoy working, I spend my free time doing quiet things like puzzles, bird watching, crafts, and hanging out with my friends and family.
