Hi, I’m Wendy—Client Experience Specialist & Offer Consultant for Wellness Practitioners

That’s where I come in. I work with functional medicine practitioners, holistic and naturopathic doctors, and wellness coaches to help them build offers, programs, and client experience systems that feel clear, aligned, and doable.

From mapping out signature services to creating monthly client connection content to finally launching that group program or course, I help you go from “I’ve been meaning to…” to “It’s finally done.”

What I Bring to the Table

With a BA in English, 11 years as a paralegal, and experience as a serial entrepreneur myself, I’ve built a unique skill set that blends communication, strategy, and execution.

I’ve been the one managing all the moving parts, and I know what it takes to keep a mission-driven business running without losing the heart of it.

My superpower? Helping busy practitioners translate their vision into offers, workflows, content, and client journeys that actually support growth (and sanity). I’m equal parts creative thinker and strategic implementer, and I LOVE what I do.

Behind the Business

I live in Harnett County, North Carolina, with my partner (a marketing nerd), our teenage daughter, and Roxy the mini Schnoodle. I’m a quiet soul who loves puzzles, bird watching, crafts, and low-key hangs with the people I love.

I’m also someone who genuinely enjoys supporting smart, purpose-driven people who are doing meaningful work in the world.
